SAB Capital releases $16M net lease portfolio of 12 locations of Advance Financial to market

NEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ –SAB Capital, a net lease real estate firm, announces it has been formally engaged to market a twelve-property portfolio valued at $15.5 million. The portfolio consists of single tenant net lease assets throughout the state of Tennessee tenanted by Advance Financial, a retail financial company with ninety locations across Tennessee. The portfolio is comprised of twelve, newly constructed assets, mainly located in the Eastern and Western regions of the state. Spearheading the sale of this portfolio are industry leaders Aaron Baum and Dominic Padula. “Given the volatility in alternative investments and the lower cost of borrowing, we’re seeing an influx of private investor capital entering the small price point variety of net lease assets” says Baum

This offering provides investors the opportunity to acquire a corporately guaranteed tenant in an income tax-free state. Potential investors can acquire these either as a portfolio, or as one-off investments.
