TORONTO, January 17, 2019 – The upcoming 2019 GTA Home & Reno Show, presented by RE/MAX, promises a day of fun for the whole family this Family Day Weekend. From February 15-18, 2019 at the International Center in Mississauga, the show has everything you need to get you—and your little ones—involved in your spring renovations, whether you’re interested in interior design, DIY building projects or need advice for your next home project.

Plan to enjoy special show features, including learning which tool is right for the job at Home Hardware’s Here’s How Centre, walking through Héméra, the latest Bonneville home designed to bring people closer together, and one-on-one consultations with design experts and renovation professionals from across the GTA. With over 300 exhibitors and vendors to visit plus celebrity designers and renovators offering their top tips, trends and products for 2019, there’s no shortage of home inspiration and motivation for your next project. Kids can get in on the DIY spirit, with so much to see and do at this year’s show.

Make It & Take It: Let your kids show off their little green thumbs in this activity garden hosted by Master Gardeners, where they will learn to grow and plant seeds. And yes, they get to take home their plants at the end of the show.
 Free Day Care: Free day care on Family Day Monday allows parents to explore freely
while their children are occupied with activities and plenty of fun.
 Colouring & Painting: What child doesn’t love to get their creativity juices flowing with basic arts and crafts?
